Ridiculously hard to find (and expensive) book of ghost stories by contemporary of Robert Aickman (they were both involved in the Inland Waterways) until Ash Tree released this ebook version (their hardcover limited edition has been op for years). This Ash Tree release has both an introduction, an afterword, illustrations, and bonus content! Excellent collection of all Rolt's supernatural writings. The stories fall somewhere between M.R. James and Robert Aickman.
